What Are SIP Panels?

SIPs are high-performance building panels made by sandwiching a rigid foam insulation core between two structural facings, often oriented strand board. Instead of assembling a frame stick by stick on-site, entire wall, floor and roof sections arrive ready to be lifted into place, which speeds up the build significantly while creating a tighter, better-insulated home.
